     With global temperatures rising, and with the number and intensity of our tropical storms ever increasing, it’s imperative – that an answer be found to mitigate the devastation of both Commercial & Personal Property during these Floodwater Disaster Events.

 

    With a 35 year background as a Professional Construction Inspector for structural elements, I was sick watching – year after year, the destructive forces of these storms & flood events, tear apart people’s lives with no end in sight; so I decided to do something about it!

 

    As a Project Mgr., for F.E.M.A., I have watched these events devastate both commercial & residential properties all across our country, inflicting billions of dollars in damages along with the immeasurable loss of life.  FEMA, pays out over $2.8 Billion Dollars annually in insurance claims to insurance carriers.

 

    Recently, I took a hard look around to discover, that there currently existed commercial, readily available products & applications, within three separate industries, that if combined – would be capable of providing a water resistant barrier to protect structures from flood water damage.
