OVERVIEW

Protecting one’s Property & Possessions from Floodwater Damage is an old and true tradition.

Even today, with all our technology, the procedure hasn’t changed that much at all - and no matter how you go about doing it – the ‘sandbag’, has always been the true & tested

Anchor to any floodwater prevention plan!

You see it everywhere;  someone is using sheets of  Visqueen to wrap their house, and rows upon rows of sandbags – not only to anchor down, but to provide a semi- penetrable water barrier as well.  This idea of wrap & anchor has been used  since the coming of the ‘age of plastics’ in the sixties– all over the world.  Given enough Visqueen- Sandbags, and an

enormous amount of labor, it’s a reasonable solution for an otherwise undulant task!

The drawback…the Sandbag!  Although true and test, its ‘Achilles Heel’ has always been its weight, which in turn – reduces its size for handling purposes, which then requires more

of them to perform the task – which increases the amount of material and labor on site.

Hence – a great deal of material & labor is required to protect a sizable piece of property.

Our concept, is to offer multiple systems of water barriers – that can be deployed  on-site ,

with minimum material & labor to provide a watertight seal around  convention buildings

and property in a quick and efficient manner; allowing teams to deploy multiply systems

on multiple sites during any given Flood Event.

Our goal, (4) man teams – to deploy & secure any system in (2-1/2 hours) or less

What makes our Concept  a totally unique approach when dealing with Floodwater Disaster Events?  Our Systems!

Newly Developed Anchors {proprietary} that will replace up to 20 /42 sandbags in a single placement [at 10% the weight] and which can be easily floated into position to provide a

secure seal . . .  they may be use with or independently of the Wrap.

Our Wrap {currently manufactured industrial material here in the U.S.} will provide a rugged and

enduring watertight enclosure – that may be used with or independently of the

Anchors with systems called Floaters.

Our Seal {currently manufactured industrial material here in the U.S.} but with a Proprietary Encasement, will provide our systems with a versatile & flexible impenetrable barrier between our

systems and any ground material.

Together, our Anchors, Wrap, & Seals will be manufactured to be marketed separately or in units to be deployed in [ 3- classes]  to be used in floodwater heights of 4’ – 8’ – 12’ feet, depending on need and requirements.

Finally, our Marketing Strategy – will evolve around both Sales and Leasing.  Sales will be restricted to volume purchasers such as Government Entities here and abroad, States, and Municipalities {who have their own work forces}…. whereas Leasing will be exclusively concentrated around the Residential & Commercial markets utilizing Outside Contractors; {who have the necessary men & equipment needed to deploy our systems in  in cities and towns all across our country.}

In the foreseeable future, when another tragic Floodwater Disaster Event is being viewed from the air above – showing the immense damage & destruction on the ground below, the landscape portrait will be different,- it will reveal an outcropping of brightly colored inflatable signage of  FLOODWATERR.E.D.S. floating around several houses or buildings – ‘ high & dry’ from the surrounding high tides inundating other properties… a picture worth seeing!
